My name is Maribel. I’m a passionate red seal certified cook that would rather empower you with what I know, than to try to impress you with it. So if you walk out of a cooking class more intimidated than when you walked in, that’s not a lesson, that’s entertainment. I hope I inspire the foodie in you with my 23 years of hospitality experience.

In a world where most chefs tend to be secretive about their expertise, I am not. I am a bit of a freak in the culinary world as most chefs hate teaching. I found it to be my true calling. I’m a lot of fun, but I’m no fluff. Food is “love” yes, but is also affects everything from our mood, waistline, health, wallet, economy and even the planet.
